Ryleigh is a certified personal trainer through International Sports Science Association. She decided to become a personal trainer after going on her own fitness journey and seeing how much it helped her both physically and mentally. When coaching, Ryleigh’s goal is to help clients become the healthiest, and happiest versions of themselves. This goes beyond just weight loss or muscle gain but also helping with building a positive mindset and lifestyle. She wants to help teach clients to be happy with who they are and encourage them to workout not because “they have to” but because it makes them feel stronger, more confident, more energetic, and overall healthier.
